Brian Sullivan

BRIAN SULLIVAN is Vice President of US Investor Relations at
Veolia Environnement (formerly named Vivendi Environnement), a
position he has held since November 2001. In this role, he is
responsible for communications with investors and analysts in
North America concerning the company’s global operations. Prior
to joining Veolia Environnement, he served as Director of
Investor Relations at Textron Inc., which he joined in 1993,
working in the areas of finance and international business
development both in the United States and Europe, prior to
investor relations. Mr. Sullivan holds a BA degree from Boston
College and an MA degree from The Elliott School of International
Affairs at The George Washington University. Veolia Environnement
is listed on both the Euronext Paris (VIE) and the New York Stock
Exchange (VE).
