Brian Beattie

BRIAN BEATTIE has been Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice
President of Finance of SupportSoft, Inc., since October 1999. He has
guided the company to the top of the technology industry, helping to
turn the company into the leader in real-time service management. Since
joining the company almost four years ago, SupportSoft has become one of
the 50 fastest growing companies in Silicon Valley and one of the 25
largest software companies in the Bay Area. Prior to joining
SupportSoft, Mr. Beattie spent 19 years with Nortel Networks
Corporation, holding various executive positions across major business
units. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Finance, Mergers
and Acquisitions, completing more that $10 billion in acquisitions. Mr.
Beattie was previously Global Group Vice President of Nortel’s Meridian
Solutions, as well as Vice President of Finance for the company’s
Enterprise Networks. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and an MBA
from Concordia University in Montreal, Canada.
