Bert Winemiller

Bert Winemiller assumed the role of Chairman and CEO of PROS Holdings on the strength of his successful track record of managing fast-growing technology companies. He started his career at IBM and has served as President of American Business Information, Inc., and as SVP for Automatic Data Processing, Inc. Mr. Winemiller received a B.S. and an M.S. in mathematics and statistics from the University of Missouri, and an MBA in finance from the Harvard Business School.
