Ann Gurkin

ANN GURKIN is an Analyst in the Research Department of Davenport &
Company LLC, where she covers the food, beverage and tobacco stocks.
Prior to joining the firm, she managed the Special Equity Fund for
Crestar Asset Management Company. She has also worked with Jack Maxwell
at Wheat First Union following the food, beverage and tobacco stocks.
Ms. Gurkin graduated from Hollins University and received her MBA from
the University of Richmond. She serves on the Hollins University
Richmond Alumnae Board. In the past, Ms. Gurkin has served on the
Friends of the Art Board of the Virginia Museum and the St. Catherine’s
Richmond Alumnae Board.
