Andre M. Hilliou

Andre M. Hilliou became Chief Executive Officer of Full House Resorts, Inc., in March 2004 and has been one of the company’s directors since May 2005. He was named Chairman of the Board in May 2009. From 2001 until joining Full House, Mr. Hilliou served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Vision Gaming and Technology. He previously held CEO positions with American Bingo and Gaming, Inc., and Aristocrat, Inc. Mr. Hilliou also spent about 11 years with the Showboat Corporation, reaching the level of Senior Vice President of Operations for its Atlantic City, N.J., property. He also served as Chief Executive Officer of Showboat’s Sydney Harbour Casino in Australia.
