A. Laurence Jones

A. Laurence (Larry) Jones was initially brought on as President of
MessageMedia in March 1999 and was recently named CEO. Mr. Jones brings
more than 20 years of experience in the technology industry, with a
specialty in the area of direct marketing services. In January 1998, Mr.
Jones served as the principal of Aegis Management LLC and an independent
operating affiliate of McCown Deleeuw and Co. (MDC), a private equity
investment firm. In addition, Mr. Jones served as Chairman of SARCOM, a
national IT services company and one of MDC’s larger investments. Mr.
Jones formerly served as President and CEO of Neodata Services, Inc., a
direct marketing company, from 1993 to 1998. He also served as President
and CEO of GovPX, Inc. from 1991 to 1993 and Senior Vice President and
Corporate Officer of Automatic Data Processing from 1987 to 1991. Prior
to 1987, Mr. Jones spent 10 years at Wang Laboratories where he held
various technical and managerial positions, including that of CEO of the
financial information services division. He holds a BS in Computer
Science from Polytechnic Institute (1975) and an MBA in Management from
Boston University (1980). Mr. Jones is currently serving as a Director
at Exabyte, a manufacturer of tape storage products and CCI/Triad, a
privately-held computer services company. Mr. Jones is also active in a
number of Colorado-based civic organizations including the Boulder
Economic Council, the Denver Economic Club and E-town.
