RICHARD FOSTER is Director of Global Marketing for Cabot
Microelectronics Corporation. Prior to joining Cabot MMD in 1997, Foster
spent seven years with The Dow Chemical Company, most recently as
Commercial Manager for that company's Semiconductor Interconnect
Business Development Group. He previously was Product Manager for its
Advanced Electronic Materials Group and has held various market
development and market research positions in the Dow Chemical
organization. Foster earned a Master's Degree in Business Administration
from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical
Engineering from Michigan State University. Profile
MATTHEW NEVILLE has been President and CEO of Cabot Microelectronics
Corporation since December 1999 and concurrently was elected a member of
the Board of Directors. Previously, he served as Vice President and
General Manager for Cabot Corporation's Microelectronics Materials
Division. He joined Cabot Corporation in 1983 as a member of its
Corporate Research & Development Team. He transferred to Cabot's Crystal
Powder business in 1984. In 1987, Mr. Neville continued his successful
rise in the organization to Cabot's Carbon Black Division. He was
promoted to Research & Development Director in 1991 for the company's
former Cab-O-Sil Division. In 1995, Neville was appointed Vice President
and General Manager of Cabot's new business unit, the Microelectronics
Materials Division. Neville earned a Doctorate in Chemical Engineering
from Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Profile
