GLENN S. MEYERS is the Founder, Chairman, and Chief Executive Officer of
Rare Medium Group, Inc. A recognized industry leader, Mr. Meyers has
established a strong national presence through speaking engagements at
major conferences such as Red Herring's Venture Markets and Internet
World. He has appeared on national business television programs,
including CNNfn and CNBC. Mr. Meyers is regularly quoted and featured in
publications such as The New York Times, Fortune, Wired, and The Silicon
Alley Reporter. A recipient of major industry awards, including
Advertising Age's Digital Media Masters, Mr. Meyers is a regular speaker
on the Internet educational circuit, including engagements at Harvard
Business School and the MIT Business Forum. Mr. Meyers was nominated and
became a finalist for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award
in 1999. He has also been placed at number 25 of this year's prestigious
Silicon Alley 100 list ranking New York's top interactive executives for
the third year in a row. Prior to joining Rare Medium, Mr. Meyers was
President of Brookridge Capital Management, an Internet venture capital
firm. After graduating college, Mr. Meyers founded American Cable
Products (ACP), a data communication system integration business. Mr.
Meyers went on to serve as a principal of several other entrepreneurial

Florida School of Business Administration, where he was a letterman and
