MICHAEL F. MANZULLI is Chief Executive Officer of Richmond County
Financial Corp., and Richmond County Savings Bank. He is Chairman of the
Board of Directors of both the Financial Corp., and the Bank. Mr.
Manzulli is also President, Chief Executive Officer and a Director of
Richmond County Savings Foundation. Mr. Manzulli, an attorney, earned a
Bachelor of Science degree at Niagara University and a Bachelor of Law
degree at St. John's University School of Law. He has also attended
Brown University's Graduate School of Banking. Mr. Manzulli is also a
member of the Board of Directors of the Community Bankers Association of
New York State (CBANYS), is a member of America's Community Bankers and
is a member of the Richmond County Bar Association and the New York
State Bar Association. He is married with three children and one

ANTHONY E. BURKE is President and Chief Operating Officer and a member
of the Board of Directors of Richmond County Financial Corp. and
Richmond County Savings Bank. Previously, Mr. Burke was a partner with
the financial services industry group of Ernst & Young LLP for 13 years
and was employed by them for 25 years. Mr. Burke is a Director of the
Richmond County Savings Foundation, a Trustee of the Brooklyn youth
Chorus, a Trustee of the Staten Island Botanical Garden, Inc. (The New
York Chinese Scholar's Garden), and a member of the Columbia University
Graduate School of Business student counseling committee. He is a CPA
and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public accountants.
He holds a BS in Economics from St. John's University and an MBA in
Accounting and Finance from Columbia University's Graduate School of
