DAVID BULGER has served as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer
of Innkeepers USA Trust since April 1995. He had approximately
eight years of public accounting experience with Coopers &
Lybrand LLP, approximately two years as a Vice President of an
NYSE-listed real estate and mortgage banking company and
approximately two years as a Chief Financial Officer of a
privately held mortgage banking company. Mr. Bulger holds a BA in
History from the State University of New York at Albany, a
Master's of Education from Springfield College and a Master's in
Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin. Mr. Bulger is
