LARRY LUXENBERG, CFA, began his Guardian career 17 years ago as an
Analyst. He currently is Co-manager of Guardian's Park Avenue Fund,
which he has co-managed with John Murphy for two years. Prior to
managing the Park Avenue Fund, he managed Guardian's small cap fund. Mr.
