PAUL M. OLSON is Director, President and Chief Executive Officer of

professional membership and accomplishments are as follows: Wire

Representatives Association (N.E.M.R.A.); Building Industry Consulting
Service International (B.I.C.S.I.); Association of Publicly Traded
Companies (A.P.T.C.); Who's Who International Business and Electronic
Industries. Mr. Olson served the United States Army from 1954-1956. He
