Gregory T. Barnum – Computer Network Technology Corporation (cmnt)

THOMAS G. HUDSON joined CNT in July 1996 as President and Chief Executive Officer. He was elected by the Board of Directors to serve as Chairman of the Board in May 1999. With more than 20 years' experience in the computer industry, he brings an extensive background in developing and implementing strategic plans and relationships, product development, and international business. At CNT, he is focused on improving shareholder value by implementing strategies that leverage core competencies and improve operational efficiencies. Prior to joining CNT, Mr. Hudson served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at McGraw Hill Companies from 1993. In that capacity, he was responsible for developing corporate strategy, assessing investments in new business, acquisitions and new products and sales channels. He also served as General Manager of the company's F. W. Dodge Division, a leading provider of information and economic analysis to the construction industry. Mr. Hudson began his professional career in 1968 at IBM where he served in a number of management positions, including Vice President of the services sector division. During his tenure at IBM, he managed a variety of strategic, development, and marketing activities for financial services, international operations, and the large systems business. Mr. Hudson received his BS in Electronic Engineering from the University of Notre Dame and his MBA from New York University. Profile
