MARK GRAMMER has over 14 years' investment industry experience and
joined Mackenzie Financial Corporation in August 2003. His presence
provides proven global expertise to the in-house Mackenzie growth team.
Prior to joining Mackenzie, Mr. Grammer was VP, International Equities
and co-head of the Global Equity Team at Altamira. Among his primary
management responsibilities were the 5-Star Morningstar Altamira Asia
Pacific Fund (December 1997); Altamira Japanese Opportunities Fund
(December 1997); and Altamira Global Value Fund (since inception). The
Altamira Asia Pacific Fund was first or second quartile over all
calendar years of his management tenure. Mr. Grammer has progressed
through more senior positions during his 15-year career in the
investment industry, gaining experience first as an Analyst at
Confederation Life in 1989, then moving to VP International Equities,
HSBC Securities, Institutional Sales in 1991 before joining Altamira in
1997. He has a Bachelor of Applied Science (Electrical Engineering) from
University of Toronto, and an MBA in Finance from York University. He is
