STUART J. M. COLLINSON joined Aurora in May 1999 as President and was
appointed Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors
in November 1999. Dr. Collinson joined Aurora from Andaris Ltd., a
privately held biopharmaceutical company in the U.K., where he was chief
executive officer. Previously, Dr. Collinson held senior management
positions at Glaxo Wellcome plc. and Baxter International Inc., and was
a consultant with The Boston Consulting Group. Dr. Collinson received an
M.B.A. from Harvard Business School in 1989 and a Ph.D. in Physical
Chemistry from the University of Oxford in 1985. Profile
