ASURI RAGHAVAN was appointed to his position as President and CEO of
GaSonics International Corporation in April 1998, following his tenure
as Senior Vice President and President of the Equipment Division of
Kulicke and Soffa, where he spent more than 15 years. He holds a Master
of Science degree in Computer Science from Temple University and a BS in
