David G. Tacelli was appointed Chief Executive Officer and President of LTX Corporation in November 2005 and has continued in that capacity following the formation of LTX-Credence Corporation in August 2008. In this role, Mr. Tacelli is responsible for shaping the company’s vision and strategy for developing innovative semiconductor test solutions, selling to the world’s major integrated-circuit manufacturers. From 2002 to 2005, Mr. Tacelli served as President and Chief Operating Officer, responsible for all product development, applications, marketing, sales and customer support activities. Since joining LTX in 1988, Mr. Tacelli has served in a variety of positions across the company. He served as Executive Vice President from 1999 to 2002, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer from 1998 to 2000, and Vice President of Operations from 1996 to 1998. Other roles include Director of Manufacturing of the Mixed Signal Division from 1994 to 1996, Director of Customer Service from 1992 to 1994, Controller and Business Manager for Operations from 1990 to 1992, and Controller for Sales and Support from 1988 to 1990.
