Douglas E. Guffy, Senior Portfolio Manager at Robert W. Baird & Co., joined the company's investment management team in April 2004. He has more than 27 years of investment experience. Before joining Baird, he spent a little more than nine years as an Analyst and Portfolio Manager with American Express Financial Corp. in Minneapolis. Before that, he was an Equity Analyst for Banc One Investment Advisors in Columbus, Ohio.
