DANIEL T. NILES is a Managing Director and Senior Electronics Analyst
focused on computer systems and semiconductors at Robertson Stephens. He
was previously an Associate in the firm's Mergers & Acquisitions Group,
and before joining the firm he was an Engineer for Digital Equipment
Corporation. Mr. Niles holds a Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering

Mr. Niles: I cover two main areas, one being computer hardware,
