Nick Tompras, CFA is the President and Chief Investment Officer for ACR-Alpine Capital Research. Mr. Tompras has over 19 years' experience in the investment management industry. He founded the firm, and developed its core investment strategies and research process. Prior to forming the firm, Mr. Tompras was a Portfolio Manager for the $12 billion asset management operation of a St. Louis-based bank. He managed the bank's private foundation and was instrumental in establishing the trust company's investment policies for endowments. Mr. Tompras has a B.A. degree from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas, and he attained the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation. Profile
