Municipal Bond Investment Strategies – Bryan Williams – The Rockwater Group

Bryan Williams is the Founder and President of The Rockwater Group, an investment consulting firm specializing in sophisticated municipal bond allocation strategies. Mr. Williams has over 30 years of investment management experience. He launched an investment advisory practice in the early 1980s, working with senior management executives of Fortune 100 companies in Southern California. He converted to a fee-only practice in 1998, serving family offices and high-net worth investors. During the early 2000s, Mr. Williams expanded his work with global academic leaders in finance to develop multi-period stochastic allocation systems that allowed him to implement sophisticated asset-liability management programs for his clients. He created the first multi-strategy, municipal arbitrage fund of funds in 2005. Mr. Williams has chaired several municipal bond conferences in New York City, and he has been featured in articles addressing advanced municipal bond investment strategies in The Wall Street Journal, Worth Magazine, The Bond Buyer, Dow Jones Hedge Fund Trades and EuroMoney magazine.
