Troy Mao has been China TransInfo's CFO since January 2008. Prior to holding this position, Mr. Mao was a Senior Auditor in the Beijing office of Deloitte & Touche Tohmatsu CPA, Ltd. Between 2004 and 2006, Mr. Mao was a Senior Auditor of Deloitte & Touche LLP, USA. From July 2003 to October 2004, he served as a Senior Tax Consultant of Deloitte Tax LLP USA. Mr. Mao was also previously employed as a Budget Analyst for the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill Program for International Training in Health from December 2002 through May 2003. He is a U.S. Certified Public Accountant, with extensive experience in corporate financial reporting and disclosure.
