Growth Opportunities In Small-cap Chinese Companies – Ping Luo – Global Hunter Securities, Llc

Ping Luo, Vice President and Senior Analyst, China Group, joined Global Hunter Securities, LLC, in July 2007 as a Vice President of the China Group. Ms. Luo brings years of experience working with emerging Chinese markets to GHS. She has in-depth knowledge and established relationships with both public and private companies in China. Prior to joining GHS, Ms. Luo was an Assistant Vice President at Mitsubishi UFJ Securities, responsible for originating M&A and corporate advisory services. While at Mitsubishi, she advised over 40 U.S. corporations with regards to identification of potential acquisition or JV partners in China. Prior to joining Mitsubishi, Ms. Luo was a Senior Analyst of Investment Banking at American Union Securities, Inc., and a Corporate Finance and Capital Market Associate at Banca IMI Securities Corp. Ms. Luo obtained her B.A. degree from the University of International Business and Economics (UIBE) in Beijing and obtained her MBA from the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College.
