Guy Bernstein was appointed Chairman of the board of Magic Software in November 2007. He also serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Emblaze Ltd. and has been a member of its board of directors since April 2004, when he joined Emblaze as its CFO. Prior to joining Emblaze, he was the Chief Financial & Operations Officer of Magic Software. Previously, Mr. Bernstein served as Senior Manager for Kost, Forer, Gabbay & Kasierer, and as a member of Ernst & Young Global. He is a Certified Licensed Public Accountant, and holds a B.A. in accounting and economics from Tel-Aviv University. Profile
