Phu O is Vice President and a Portfolio Manager at C.S. McKee, LP. In addition
to his focus on the Small Cap Portfolio, he is responsibe for large cap equity
research and analysis, equity trading and maintenance of C.S. McKee's
quantitative models for screening and ranking equities. Before assuming his
present position in 2002, he served in a variety of roles at the firm, including
stints as performance analyst, portfolio accountant and trade-settlement
representative. He joined C.S. McKee in 2000 after positions in mutual-fund and
client service at a major investment-management holding company. He holds an MBA
degree in finance with high honors from Duquesne University and a Bachelor's

Gregory M. Melvin, CFA, is Chief Investment Officer of C.S. McKee, L.P. Prior to joining C.S. McKee in 2000, Mr. Melvin was President and Chief Investment Officer of Dartmouth Capital Advisors, an institutional investment management firm he founded in 1995. Earlier, he was Vice President, Senior Portfolio Manager and member of the investment policy committee for asset allocation funds at Federated Investors. Christy S. Kosakowsky is Senior Vice President, a Portfolio Manager and an
Equity Analyst at C.S. McKee, LP. She has previously served as Manager of
Trading, Assistant Trader and Statistical Research Assistant. Prior to joining
C. S. McKee in 1994, she was a legal assistant for litigation at a major,
Pittsburgh-based multinational corporation. A Chartered Financial Analyst, she
holds an MBA degree in finance from Duquesne University and a Bachelor's degree
