BENOIT LA SALLE is the Founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of Semafo
Inc. He serves on the board of many public companies in Canada, including 20-20
Technologies. He also is Chairman of the Board of Plan International Canada, one
of the world's oldest and largest developmental organizations, working to
improve the quality of life for children in 49 developing countries across
Africa, Asia and the Americas. Mr. La Salle is a member of the Quebec Order of
Chartered Accountants and the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants. He
holds a Commerce degree from McGill University and a Master's degree in Business
