JEFFREY HUFFMAN is a Vice President of WM Advisors, Inc., a wholly-owned
subsidiary of Washington Mutual, Inc. and Senior Portfolio Manager of
the WM Trust Bond and Stock Fund, a $365 million balanced mutual fund.
Mr. Huffman joined WM Advisors and was appointed manager of the fund in
January, 1995. He is a member of the firm's investment committee, has
served as spokesman for the firm's equity team, and has research
responsibility for the financial and the telecommunications and media
sectors of the market. Mr. Huffman was previously affiliated with First
Interstate Bank as a Vice-President and Trust Investment Officer, where
he had responsibility for institutional and individual portfolios with a
value in excess of $200 million. He worked seven years in the investment
department of the SAFECO Insurance Companies, and was an Assistant Vice
President and Portfolio Manager with SAFECO Asset Management Company,
having been promoted from a Securities Analyst position covering the
capital goods sector. Mr. Huffman is a Chartered Financial Analyst and
member of the Association for Investment Management and Research and the
Seattle Society of Financial Analysts. He earned an MBA degree from the
University of Washington with an emphasis in Business Policy and
Finance. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Brigham Young
University, where he majored in American Studies. Mr. Huffman actively
supports youth athletic programs in his community as a coach,
administrator, and official. He is married, has four children, and in
his leisure time enjoys sailing and skiing. Profile
