Richard S. Curto serves as President, Chief Executive Officer and
Trustee of Prime Group Realty Trust (PGRT). Mr. Curto joined Prime
Group, Inc. (PGI) in May 1994 as an Executive Vice President. While at
PGI, he was responsible for various areas including the office division.
From September 1981 to April 1994, Mr. Curto was employed by Kemper
Financial Services, a $65 billion money management firm overseeing the
activities of the lending and equity investment group related to real
property. Mr. Curto served the firm in several executive capacities,
including Senior Vice President. Prior to 1981, Mr. Curto held various
positions in the real estate department of Northwestern Mutual Life
Insurance Company. Mr. Curto is a member of the Urban Land Institute,
the National Realty Committee and National Association of Real Estate
