PATRICK O'BRIEN is Vice President, Portfolio Manager and Investment

2001, Mr. O'Brien worked for Delaware Investment Advisors, Schneider
Asset Management, Wellington Management and Prudential Insurance in
investment management and research positions. Mr. O'Brien earned his BS
