WAYNE BRUNETTI is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Xcel Energy
Inc. He was Chairman, President and CEO from August 2001 until October
2003, when Richard C. Kelly was named President and COO. Prior to the
2000 merger that created Xcel Energy, he served as Chairman, President
and CEO of New Century Energies. In addition, he served as Chairman,
President and CEO of Public Service Company of Colorado, Southwestern
Public Service Co. and Cheyenne Light, Fuel and Power Co. Mr. Brunetti
joined Public Service Company of Colorado in July 1994 as President and
COO. In January 1996, he added the title of CEO. Mr. Brunetti is the
former President and CEO of Management Systems International, a Florida
management consulting firm that he founded in 1991. Prior to that, he
was Executive Vice President of Florida Power & Light Co. Mr. Brunetti
is Chairman of the Edison Electric Institute and serves on its Board,
Executive Committee, Policy Committee on Energy services and Policy
Committee on Energy Supply. He has also been active in various
professional and civic groups, including service on numerous committees
with the Electric Power Research Institute. Secretary of Energy Spencer
Abraham appointed him to the National Petroleum Council, a key advisory
body to the Secretary of Energy. He serves on the Board of Directors of
the Capital City Partnership. Mr. Brunetti holds a Bachelor of Science
degree in Business Administration from the University of Florida, and he
is a graduate of the Harvard Business School's Program for Management

RICHARD C. KELLY serves as President and Chief Operating Officer of Xcel
Energy Inc. In addition, he is on the Board of Xcel Energy and is Board
Chairman of Xcel Energy subsidiaries Utility Engineering and Seren
Innovations. Mr. Kelly previously was CFO of Xcel Energy. Prior to the
August 2000 merger of New Century Energies and Northern States Power Co.
to form Xcel Energy, he was CFO at NCE. He also held a variety of
positions in the financial area of Public Service Company of Colorado
before it merged with Southwestern Public Service Company to form NCE.
Mr. Kelly earned a Master of Business Administration degree and a
Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Regis University. He
attended the University of Colorado's Executive Education Conference and
the University of Michigan's Public Utility Executive Program. He is a
member of the Board of Trustees of the Science Museum of Minnesota, a
Board member of Colorado Concern and the Minneapolis Downtown Council, a
past President of the Arvada Optimist Club and a past Director of the
Ronald McDonald House and the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce. Profile
