RICK CARUCCI is Senior Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial
Officer of Yum! Brands Inc. Mr. Carucci has over 20 years'
experience with a demonstrated track record in both finance and general
management, primarily in the company's largest and fastest growing
international division. Most recently, he served as Executive Vice
President and Chief Development Officer of Yum! Restaurants
International (YRI), where he was responsible for all international
franchising and development, along with general management for Canada,
Brazil, Puerto Rico and Middle East/North Africa. Prior to that, he
served as Chief Financial Officer for YRI. He has also served as Chief
Financial Officer of the Asia Pacific Region and he held various finance
positions over the years. Mr. Carucci graduated magna cum laude in 1979
with his Bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics-Economics from Brown
University. He received his MBA from the University of California's
Berkeley Haas School of Business in 1984. Profile
