HUGH T. REGAN JR. has served as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of
inTEST Corporation since joining the company in April 1996 and was
elected Secretary in December 1999. From 1989 to 1995, Mr. Regan was
the Vice President of Finance for Value Property Trust, a publicly
traded real estate investment trust (the 'Trust'). From 1995 until he
joined the company, Mr. Regan was the Chief Financial Officer of the
Trust. Mr. Regan holds a BS in Accounting and Finance from Rider
University and is a Certified Public Accountant. Profile
