ROBERT MASSIMI is Chief Executive Officer for both Essex-Morgan, LLC and
HMC International, LLC. Mr. Massimi is on the Investment Committee for
the Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church in Saddle River, NJ. He served on
the Board of Directors for St. Joseph Regional High School from 1991 to
1998, served on the Advisory Board at Manhattan College from 1995 to
1996, and served on the Ad Hoc Committee for the Wandell School in
Saddle River from 1994-1995. For the last 10 years, he's been elected
for Who's Who Among Business Executives. Mr. Massimi is a graduate of
Manhattan College with a triple major. He is a member of the Alpha Sigma
Lamda honor society. Mr. Massimi has produced five plays both on and off
Broadway. He sat on the Board of The Metropolitan Playhouse from 1994 to
