TONY ROSENTHAL, CFA, is a Managing Director at TimesSquare Capital
Management, LLC. He is the lead Portfolio Manager for TimesSquare's
Midcap Growth Equity product. He has over 15 years of investment
experience. Prior to joining TimesSquare, Mr. Rosenthal held a similar
position at Fiduciary Trust Company International. Additional experience
includes three years at the Bank of New York as an Equity Portfolio
Manager and Analyst and two years at U.S. Trust Company of New York,
where he conducted economic research. He received a BA in Economics
from Wesleyan University in 1988 and an MBA from Columbia Business
School in 1993. He is a member of the New York Society of Security
