CLIFF WALSH joined Sidoti & Company, LLC, in June 2002 as an Equity
Research Analyst for small cap building materials companies. Previously,
he worked for two years at Value Line Inc., also as an Equity Research
Analyst, where he covered the manufacturing and auto parts sectors. Mr.
Walsh received his undergraduate degree from Villanova University in
Pennsylvania and holds an MBA from Fordham University in New York. He is
a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma honor society and is a Chartered
