DR. MICHAEL I. RUXIN is Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and Founder of

University of Pittsburgh in 1967 and his MD degree from the University
of Southern California in 1971. Dr. Ruxin is also the CEO and Founder of

in a strong, long-term investor and recruited a seasoned management team
