STEPHEN F. WIGGINS is the Founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
of HealthMarket, Inc., an insurance company that develops and sells
consumer driven health Plans to employer groups. Prior to HealthMarket,
Mr. Wiggins was the Founder and served as Chairman of the Board and
Chief Executive Officer of Oxford Health Plan from 1984 through August
1997. Under his leadership, Oxford grew to $5 billion of annual revenue
and ranked among the 300 largest US corporations. He co-founded Health
Partners, Inc., in 1993, a physician practice management company that
grew to $150 million of annual revenue before it was sold. He is also a
principal co-Founder and Director of Intelliclaim, Inc., which provides
claim auditing and productivity software and services to over 20 health
insurers; BenefitPort, LLC, one of the nation's largest health insurance
sales organizations, with nine regional offices and over $1.5 billion of
in-force premium, and IPXray, LLC, an Internet security firm. Mr.
Wiggins was the Founder and remains a Trustee of Accessible Space, Inc.,
a nonprofit organization based in Minneapolis that develops and operates
residential facilities for individuals with mobility impairments and
brain injuries. Mr. Wiggins received a BA from Macalester College where
he currently serves as a Trustee. He received an MBA from Harvard
