PETER F. BANKS, CPA, is President and Chief Investment Officer of
Bernzott Capital Advisors. He obtained a BBA in Finance from Texas A&M
University. Previously CFO of a private investment corporation, Mr.
Banks was responsible for investment analysis and selection, asset
allocation strategies, and tax and estate planning. While CFO of a
publicly traded bank holding company, Mr. Banks managed a bond
portfolio, evaluated and executed investment strategies, and formulated
and executed strategic and capital management plans. He was an Audit
Manager with KPMG Peat Marwick, and speaks fluent Spanish. Profile
Kevin Bernzott, Chairman and CEO of Benzott Capital Advisors, founded the firm in 1994. Previously CEO of McGaelic Group, a multigenerational family investment office, he focused on real estate development and asset management. He is a Director of the Ventura County Sheriff's Foundation. Mr. Bernzott earned a doctorate in law from the University of West Los Angeles.
