PETER BRAUN has been CEO of iQ Battery Research & Development GmbH since
1994 and since 1998, as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of iQ Power
Technology Inc., he has been responsible for international general
management. From 1992 to 1994, Mr. Braun worked for Deutsche Aerospace
(DASA). There, he was part of an international team which assisted the
restructuring process of the group. Mr. Braun worked in the areas of
aviation strategy, strategic group planning and personnel development
and spent time with Alenia in Turin, Italy, as part of a management
exchange program. Mr. Braun studied aerospace technology at Berlin
