STEVEN C. DELANEY, Vice President, joined Ryan Beck & Co. in January
2003 with 25 years of banking and securities industry experience. Most
recently, he served as President of BB&T Capital Markets, a division of
NYSE-member firm Scott & Stringfellow, Inc. Mr. DeLaney joined Scott &
Stringfellow in 1991 and served as Chief Financial Officer prior to
assuming responsibility for all capital markets activities in 1996.
Before entering the securities industry, he spent 15 years with
Investors Financial Corporation, a diversified thrift holding company,
where he served as Chief Financial Officer and as President and Chief
Administrative Officer. He has a BA in Economics with distinction from
the University of Virginia, and an MBA, Finance concentration, from the
University of Richmond. He also earned a Post-Baccalaureate Certificate
in Accounting from Virginia Commonwealth University. His professional
licenses include NASD Series 7, Series 9/10, Series 24, Series 27 and

Jeffrey S. Davis is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer for Perficient, Inc., where he leads daily business operations and directs the development and execution of the company’s global growth strategy and initiatives. He became the Chief Executive Officer of the company and a member of the board in 2009 and became Chairman of the board in February 2017. He previously served as the Chief Operating Officer of the company following its acquisition of Vertecon in April 2002 and was the company’s President from 2004 through 2021. He served the same role of Chief Operating Officer at Vertecon from October 1999 to its acquisition by the company. Before Vertecon, Mr. Davis was a senior manager and member of the leadership team in Arthur Andersen’s Business Consulting Practice, where he was responsible for defining and managing internal processes, while managing business development and delivery of all products, services, and solutions to a number of large accounts. Mr. Davis also served in leadership positions at Ernst and Young, LLP in the Management Consulting practice and in industry at Boeing, Inc. and Mallinckrodt, Inc. Mr. Davis is an active member of the board of directors of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation of St. Louis, is a member of the University of Missouri Trulaske College of Business advisory board, and sits on the board for St. Luke’s Hospital. JACQUELINE REEVES, Managing Director of Ryan Beck & Co., has more than
12 years of analytical experience and has spent the majority of her
career following mid-cap regional banks across the United States. Prior
to joining Ryan Beck, she was Director of Research for Putnam Lovell NBF
Securities, Inc., and also served as Managing Director of Mid-Cap
Regional Commercial Banks. Prior to joining Putnam Lovell in 1999, she
served as a Vice President, covering regional banks with Salomon Smith
Barney and Janney Montgomery Scott. Earlier in her career, she served as
a junior analyst with CSFB and NM Rothschild. She received a BS degree
from Cedar Crest College in Allentown, Pennsylvania. Profile
DAVID J. HONOLD JR., CFA, is Vice President of Southeastern Bank
Research at Keefe, Bruyette & Woods. Prior to joining Keefe, Bruyette &
Woods in 2002, Mr. Honold was an Associate Equity Analyst with UBS
Warburg LLC. From 1998 to 2000, he served as a Financial Analyst for the
Federal Reserve Bank of New York. Mr. Honold received his BA in English
from the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, Massachusetts in 1998. Profile
