ROBERT W. SMITH is a Vice President of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc., T.
Rowe Price Associates, Inc., and T. Rowe Price International, Inc. He
is also a Portfolio Manager in the Equity Division. Mr. Smith serves as
President and Investment Advisory Committee Chairman of the Growth Stock
Fund. He is also a Vice President and Investment Advisory Committee
member of the Blue Chip Growth Fund, Global Stock Fund, International
Funds, Inc., Media & Telecommunications Fund, and New America Growth
