JONATHAN B. WELLER joined Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust in
1994. He is currently Vice Chairman and a member of the Board of
Trustees. PREIT is a publicly owned real estate investment trust with a
market cap of approximately $3.1 billion whose shares are traded on the
New York Stock Exchange. Prior to joining the trust, Mr. Weller spent 23
years with Eastdil Realty, Inc., a real estate investment banking firm
in New York, where he was Executive Vice President and a member of the
Board of Directors and Investment Committee. His professional
associations include the National Association of Real Estate Investment
Trusts, the Urban Land Institute and the International Council of
Shopping Centers. Mr. Weller is the Chairman of the Lower Merion
Conservancy, an organization whose mission is to conserve open space,
preserve historical structures and protect the environment. Mr. Weller
is also a member of the Board of Ramapo Anchorage Camp, which serves
children with a wide range of emotional, behavioral and learning
