THOMAS V. GEIMER has been the Chairman of the Board of Directors and a
Director of Accelr8 Technology Corporation since 1987. He currently
serves as the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer and
Secretary of the company. Mr. Geimer is responsible for the development
of the company's business strategy, day-to-day operations, accounting
and finance functions. Before assuming full-time responsibilities at the
company, Mr. Geimer founded and operated an investment banking firm. Profile
DAVID HOWSON joined Accelr8 Technology Corporation in 2001 and became
President in 2004. Originally he was Accelr8's Director of Bioscience
Business Development. As President, Mr. Howson is responsible for the
management of operations, product development, and regulatory approval
oversight. Before assuming responsibilities at the company, Mr. Howson
founded and operated the Altro Group, LLC, a medical technology
consulting firm. Over the last 30 years, Mr. Howson has consulted to
Pfizer, Becton Dickinson & Co. and Boston Scientific in the area of
