Todd Wille is the President and CEO of Unify Corporation. He is a seasoned business leader with more than 20 years of executive management, financial, operational, and sales and marketing experience, including Big Five audit, tax and consulting experience. Mr. Wille rejoined Unify in August 2000, initially serving as a Consultant. He was appointed Chief Operating Officer in October 2000, President and CEO in November 2000. Prior to rejoining Unify, Mr. Wille served as Senior Vice President of Operations, and before that as CFO and Vice President of Finance for FRx Software. At FRx, Mr. Wille was responsible for corporate marketing, client services, operations, and finance and administration. From 1995 to 1998, he served as Unify's Vice President of Finance and CFO, and before that as Corporate Controller, with responsibilities in worldwide finance, investor relations, accounting, human resources, and co-management of European and Japanese operations. Mr. Wille was instrumental in the successful completion of the company's IPO in 1996 in addition to leading various venture capital financing initiatives prior to the IPO. He received a bachelor's degree in business administration from Wartburg College in Waverly, Iowa, with concentrations in accounting, finance and management information systems. Profile
