PHILIP J. HAWK is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Team, Inc.
Prior to joining Team in November 1998, he was President and CEO of EOTT
Energy Partners, a publicly traded MLP in the energy marketing industry.
Previously, he was a partner with McKinsey & Company. Mr. Hawk is also a
Director of the ABS Group of Companies, a leading provider of risk
management consulting services throughout the world. He is a graduate of
