EDUARD ZEHETNER is Chief Financial Officer of RHI AG, Vienna Austria,
the world market leader in refractories. In July 1978 he completed
studies with honors and received a Doctor's degree in Social and
Economic Sciences. Mr. Zehetner, joined Steyr-Daimler-Puch-AG, the
leading vehicle manufacturer in Austria, as Controller for subsidiaries
and affiliates. He was then head of the Central Business Administration
department. He was a Managing Partner in SI'S Datenverarbeitung GesmbH
in Vienna, a systems house for commercial and technical standard
software. Mr. Zehetner was a Chief Executive Officer of DANA
Trenindustrie GesmbH, the largest producer of wooden doors and frames
in Austria. He was Chief Financial Officer of Connect Austria
Gesellschaft fur Telekommunikation GmbH, the third mobile operator in
Austria (GSM 1800), known as 'ONE.' Mr. Zehetner was Chief Executive
Officer of Jet2Web Internet Services GmbH, the leading Internet service
provider in Austria, a subsidiary of Telekom Austria AG. Profile
