DON WITMER is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Home
Director, Inc. He is a veteran technology executive and former
Chairman and CEO of Digital Interiors. Under Mr. Witmer's
leadership, Digital Interiors became the largest home technology
systems installation company in California before merging with
Home Director. While at the helm at Home Director, Mr. Witmer has
successfully integrated Home Director and Digital Interiors,
restructuring the company to hone its performance and reduce
operating costs while simultaneously developing new products.
Prior to joining Digital Interiors, he was President and CEO of
Amazing Smart Card Technologies, a smart card Internet solutions
company. Previously, Mr. Witmer held senior accounting and
consulting positions with Price Waterhouse and United
Technologies. In addition, he has global executive management
experience, including management of operations in Thailand and
China, and the establishment of subsidiaries in Japan, Brussels,
Singapore and Malaysia. Mr. Witmer received a BA from Northern
Montana College, an MBA degree from the University of Montana and
his Certified Public Accountant certificate while working for
