MARTA NICHOLS is a Principal in the Research Department at Banc of

joining Banc of America Securities in December 2000, she served as a
Vice President at Donaldson Lufkin & Jenrette (DLJ) covering education
services. Ms. Nichols joined DLJ in 1993, focusing first on the
advertising, publishing and printing industries. She graduated cum laude
from the University of San Francisco with a BS in Mathematics and
Economics. Her research has been recognized in numerous analyst surveys,
including Institutional Investor, Greenwich Associates, the Wall Street
