HAROLD M. ROSEN is Executive Vice President of H.P. Becker & Co. His
professional career began in 1970 as CPA with Altschuler, Melvoin and
Glasser in Chicago. In 1976, he joined Fel-Pro Incorporated, a privately
owned company with national recognition as one of the best places to
work as ranked by Fortune Magazine and Milton Moskowitz in his book 100
Best Companies to Work for in America, advancing to the position of
Corporate Treasurer before joining H.P. Becker & Co. in 1999. Mr.
Rosen's 'hands-on' experience in operating companies prepared him for
his current endeavour. He has acquired a strong background in financial
accounting, and understands how companies operate internally. As his
career shifted to treasury management, Mr. Rosen developed the skills to
manage corporate acquisitions, and the underlying valuation of target
companies along with due diligence. As well, he had the opportunity to
manage a $350 Million 401(k) plan and had successfully developed a
training program to improve employees' skills in dealing with their
financial future. Mr. Rosen has a growth at a reasonable price
investment perspective and classifies himself as a 'singles and doubles'
hitter, but periodically will swing for the fences. At various times
during his career he has served not for profit organizations. Profile
H. PHILLIP 'SKIP' BECKER is President of H. P. Becker & Co., a
registered investment advisor. His investment career began in 1968 at
Gofen & Glossberg, a Chicago-based investment advisory firm. Mr. Becker
then founded Cable Corporation of America, a CATV firm that was acquired
by a Time Warner division. He joined the C.B.O.E. in 1974, the C.B.O.T.
in 1977, and the C.M.E. in 1982. Establishing his own investment
advisory firm in 1980, Mr. Becker became the options consultant and
technical market advisor to over a dozen firms that managed in excess of
$50 billion in assets. After selling his firm in 1986, Mr. Becker
eventually joined one of his clients with $600 million in assets as a
Partner and Director of Derivative Products, Head Trader and Vice
President of Portfolio Management. He left that firm in 1992 to
establish his own firm again. Mr. Becker has acted as a consultant and
Board member to many private, public and philanthropic organizations.
He currently serves on the Board of the American Technion Society and
the Board of Visitors for the University of Illinois, School of Law. He
is a past member of the NASD and NFA arbitration committee. After
receiving a BS in Economics from Wharton, University of Pennsylvania in
1965, Mr. Becker earned his JD degree in 1968 at the College of Law,
University of Illinois. He holds his C.M.T. (Chartered Market
Technician) designation and is a Registered Principal ' NASD. He is one
of the managing partners for the Becker Securities Fund, LP (a private
hedge fund/limited partnership). Besides being a member also of the
American Bar Association, New York Society for Security Analysts, Market
Technicians Association and AIMR, Mr. Becker serves as an expert witness
in securities, commodities and options fraud cases. Having started at
the Midwest Stock Exchange as a young 14-year-old Explorer Scout, Mr.
Becker is now celebrating over 45 years in the stock market and related
investments. He is frequently quoted in Barron's and The Wall Street
