KEVIN B. HABICHT, Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer,
Secretary and Treasurer of Commercial Net Lease Realty, Inc., oversees
all capital and financial reporting matters for the company. Mr. Habicht
served as Vice President of Commercial Net Lease Realty from July 1992
through his appointment as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial
Officer and Assistant Secretary in December 1993. He became Secretary
and Treasurer in 1997. He became a member of Commercial Net Lease
Realty's Board of Directors in 2000. Mr. Habicht served as Vice
President of CNL Realty Advisors, the former external advisor of
Commercial Net Lease Realty, Inc., upon its inception in 1991. He first
joined CNL Group,the former parent company of CNL Realty Advisors, in
1983, serving as an officer of various company affiliates. From 1981 to
1983, Mr. Habicht was employed by the accounting firm ofCoopers and
Lybrand. Mr. Habicht is a Certified Public Accountant and a Chartered
Financial Analyst. He is a member of the International Council of
Shopping Centers, the National Association of Real Estate Investment
Trusts, the Association for Investment Management and Research and the
Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Profile
GARY M. RALSTON, President, Chief Operating Officer and a member of the
Board of Directors of Commercial Net Lease Realty, Inc., is responsible
for overseeing the real estate investment trust's overall operations.
Mr. Ralston has guided the company's growth from less than $20 million
in real estate assets to its current level of more than $1 billion. Mr.
Ralston holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member, Society of
Industrial and Office Realtors, Specialist in Real Estate Securities,
Certified Property Manager and Counselor of Real Estate designations and
is also a Florida licensed real estate broker, mortgage broker and
certified building contractor. He is a member of ICSC, a full member of
ULI, a Director of the CCIM Institute, a member of the Burns Counselor
Board of the Franklin L. Burns School of Real Estate and Construction
Management at the University of Denver, a former member of the Board of
Governors of NAREIT, and was inducted as a Hoyt Fellow in 2001. Mr.
Ralston is a frequent speaker and cited expert on net lease real estate
and serves on the editorial advisory boards of Shopping Center Business,
Institutional Real Estate Letter and Net Lease Forum. Profile
